Klein is so patient with me hobbling around on crutches. I have never had to use them before in my life, and I hope to never have to again. They are REALLY annoying. I lean them up against her to pick her feet, she has to walk extra slow with me, etc... Being that I have a lot of time on my hands right now, unfortunately, I made a quick video from this evening.
Even when we come in from the turn out in the evenings and she knows it's dinner time she walks super slow with me. Some horses wouldn't give a care in the world and still try to drag me to the barn. I <3 my Klein Mare. And I <3 Wayne. He has been feeding and cleaning in the mornings for me. I can feed in the evenings but the cleaning I still can't handle quite yet. I'm getting there. This personal ice/compression machine they gave me REALLY makes my knee feel better. The swelling is almost gone. I'm about ready to ditch the crutches. I took some pretty normal steps this evening after the ice/compression treatment for an hour >:)

So glad to hear that you are healing super-quick. And Klein-mare is such a good girl!
Awww, she is such a sweet mare. Heel quickly!
Best wishes on healing quickly. I know that fixing knees is tricky. I read your description of what was going on with your knee in your previous post to my husband, because he has always had knee problems, but the exact diagnosis always seems to be a mystery to his doctors. Most of the time they flat out deny that anything is wrong with his knee and don't even bother to run tests. That's the typical medical care we civilians get here in lazy-ass Nevada.
NuzzMuzz, have they done an MRI on him?
Awww Klein is so sweet :)!
Adore the sunset photos and she IS a good mare (...you call he a pony?) I think my "pony ... 14.2) QH would drag me to his food if grain was coming. But he is a love, nevertheless.
